30 Days Weight Loss Challenge: Day 16

Day 16: When did you first decide to lose weight?

I’ve been trying to for a long time, probably at least a year now. It was always something that eluded me because I’m fighting very heavily against my genetics (everyone in my biological family is obese). I’m at high risk for diabetes, which scares me, and many medical problems have made me more aware of my poor health. I want to get into a healthy habit of taking better care of my body so I can maximize my lifespan and stay fit throughout it. Mostly, I became more dedicated when my clothes stopped fitting properly.
